[X4U] MDI doc and how to convert

MDI is a Microsoft Office Document Imaging program format. It is likely from
Office 2003 suite.
It is also available as an optional install on Office 2007.
I don't know if any Mac programs can open it.
Best bet might be to ask your PC friend to save it as a TIFF or another file
format before sending it to you.
