Same here, now I'm waiting for the apparent follow up email with the 
actual license numbers.  Interestingly I still haven't received the 
email from MacUpdate with the serial numbers for the bulk of the 
stuff.  Like I said, thankfully I printed out that page (spam trap 
checked).

I think that it is safe to say they're a bit bogged down.
