If you own Toast 8, it has a feature called Disc Catalog that you can use
both for discs you burned and for other discs.

Otherwise, CDFinder <http://www.cdfinder.de/about.html> appears to be
well-thought-of. It's supported and Universal, now, too, both bonuses. Will
also catalog the EXIF metadata for your digital camera shots.

MacAddict used to use a bit of software that I can't recall the name of,
offhand, so you could easily find what you were looking for across any disc
they'd ever published.
