[X4U] Finder restarting

I have a friend with a Mac Pro (2.66 2 gigs RAM) that uses Apple's  
wireless Mighty mouse. Occassionally when he right clicks with the  
mouse, the finder restarts. This behavior doesn't seem to be reliably  
repeatable. He does use a bluetooth device with his cell phone but at  
this point does not see any direct relationship between it and the  
problem.
