Some printers allow you to configure them so a password is required for every print, but I don't know if that's feasible. And I know telling people not to print doesn't work very well - especially in a home environment when kids are using the computer and the software they run throws up a big dialog box asking them if they want to print a Certificate of Achievement every time they press the right button. -Mike
