[X4U] Prevent user from Printing?

   I've tried that. What usually ends up happening is they ignore the  
   warning messages and the print jobs get queued-up and begin printing  
   as soon as you turn on the printer or put in the paper.

Create a dummy printer and set their default printer to that one.
