<http://www.stuffit.com/mac/deluxe/> should allow you to order and download the
deluxe or the 30-day demo version. Additionally, Finder->Go->Connect to
Server-><ftp://ftp.allume.com/pub/> and download Stuffit Standard 8, 10, or 11,
one of which should allow you to create .sit archives.
