How do you reconcile that recommendation with estimated battery life measured as cycles? The more you unplug, the faster you consume charging cycles. The battery of this MacBook has a health of 63% with 438 cycles in 1.5 years. It performs poorly and I thought that was due to abusing the battery. I mean, I could use it plugged sometimes at home and I didn't. I wondered wheter a battery that is rarely unplugged lasts fine for more time. -- fxn
