[X4U] Will not open

OS 10.4.11 on a G5/2.5 with 2.5 GB Ram.  When I tried to download pDF  
files from the Remington site, Safari was also "Not Responding" even  
after long waiting.
I might missing something.  It's also after 2 AM and I go to sleep.
