[X4U] Copy to iPod Touch

Paul,

Have him check in iTunes.  Connect his iPod and allow it to sync.   
Then have him click on the iPod icon in the "devices" section on the  
iTunes sidebar.  Then click the "info" tab.  There is a Contacts  
section.  Make sure that "Sync Address Book contacts--->All Contacts"  
is checked, not just "Selected groups."  See if that works.
