[X4U] OpenOffice's Grammer check program

Hello,
I have installed this Language Tool program to check English Grammar
from http://www.languagetool.org/

I have installed OpenOffice prior to this, and expected to have its icon pop
up from the menu bar. when I follow the instruction, I couldn't add this on
"extension manager". the button was inactivated.

I use Mac OS 10.5, Java 12.0.

Is there any other competitive grammar check in mac, too?
