Rsync. FWIW, experience has been positive so far. Loving Spaces which seems to be the first virtual desktop instance on Mac OS X which works for me. Impressed with Screen Sharing (System/Library/CoreServices/Screen Sharing.app) which seems to be quicker than Apple Remote Desktop (ARD) and will almost certainly mean I don't buy the next upgrade to ARD. YMMV of course.
