	I guess it WOULD have been helpful to tell you what troubles I'm  
having. :)  I was stopped in the install wizard at "checking  
connection", it would not go past asking foe my username & PW (also  
the red internet light would not come on).  I was on the phone with  
support for about an hour last night, with the only result being ...  
"waite a few hours and try again; and if you still can't get on the  
Internet, call us back".  I tried again this morning with much the  
same result (didn't have time to go thru tech support this AM); so I  
thought I'd ask here and see if anyone else was having such problems.
