[X4U] How to turn off URL pop up in Safari?

I hadn't planned to read this thread, but finally out of curiosity...
I learned that TinkerTool does this from the above message. I have now
ended a minor annoyance (didn't even know what it was called) that I've
had for a long time. Thanks!
