[X4U] Spinning Beachball with marking spam as junk

Hello Everyone,

I've noticed that lately, whenever I mark a message as Junk, or Not  
Junk, I get the spinning beachball for about a full minute.

I've emptied the Junk mail folder, rebuilt the mailboxes, discarded  
the...oh, I can't remember, but it was some plist file, and nothing  
has helped.

I  have run Activity Monitor during the spinning, and have seen a  
process called "python" that is using up over 90% of my CPU's power  
during that time.

Can anyone help?
