If I was still traveling every day and needing a new laptop, I would be buying the Air before a MacBook. Lighter (3lb v 5lb - Counts as 5) Thinner - (.76" v 1.08" - Counts as 2)) CPU - Near As Dammit The Same Screen - Near As Dammit The Same 2GB of Memory - (Counts as 1) 80GB HDD - Near As Dammit The Same Instant On! - Counts as 2 WOW Factor - Counts as 1 There are at least 10 simple reasons why I would purchase the Air over a MacBook if I was still traveling every day. Unless you have done it on a continual basis, you will never realise what a difference the size and weight will make when you are carrying it every day. The two most important things to a traveller are size and weight! The Instant On is another bonus, because your laptop is regularly on and off. As to the WOW factor, that speaks for itself. cjc On 18/01/2008, at 4:55 PM, Zane H. Healy wrote: > At 7:51 PM -0500 1/17/08, T.L. Miller wrote: >> On 1/16/08, at 5:38 PM, Zane H.
