Yes, Yes You Do. You MUST have SP2. Having said that, do a search on google for slipstreaming. http://www.google.com.au/search?q=slipstreaming+sp2&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a The first 5 or 6 show how to integrate SP2 into an existing SP1 CD. Will be basically a Windows Tutorial, but it should also be able to be done on a Mac. Otherwise, and I didn't say this, search for a torrent with XP Home SP2. Nothing else will work with your serial number so don't even bother trying to get XP Pro. cjc On 22/01/2008, at 10:55 PM, Brett Conlon wrote: > Hiya, > > I'm about to take the plunge and install Windows XP Home Edition on > a 20GB partition I prepared (formatted as FAT32) when I first bought > my MacBook Pro. > > However, in the Boot Camp manual it is pretty strict in stating that > I need a WindowsXP disc with Service Pack 2 on it.
