OK, I can agree with that, but I would add that an extra four drive bays for a RAID 5 array is mandatory too. Also, four PCI slots, dual displays (both dual link, of course), are essential. It needs to be able to withstand the impact of a fall from an airplane at 40,000 feet. It shouldn't weigh more than half a pound.
