[X4U] How to get video to the iPod on the PC side?

Hey folks,

I¹ve have a couple of friends who have iPod touches but have PC¹s instead of
Mac¹s. I use Mac the Ripper and Handbrake on the Mac to get my files
converted but what do PC folks use to do the same thing?
