[X4U] Bluetooth question

I purchased a bluetooth wireless mic to hook up to my camcorder. It  
came with a transmitter and a receiver. My question is can a person  
get a blue tooth ear piece that can pair with the transmitter at the  
same time the receiver on the camera is paired. So that what ever the  
person with the mic is saying is picked up by the camera and the  
camera operator at the same time. Thanks Bob
