I hope you informed the guys supervisor.  This is not really a "Mac"  
issue per se, IMO. It is poor salesmanship period. If you don't know  
you find someone that can, I don't care if you are a car or shoe  
salesman you always do right by the customer even if it looses you a  
sale.
