[X4U] which G5 iMac model is best?

I *do* like to do my own work, like installing RAM, Drives, etc...  
Would you know whether the non-iSight version is easier in terms of  
Hard drive replacement as well? or, does the RAM just happen to be  
located internally near where the iSight camera pokes thru?
