Well, remove the phone, camera and GPS features, they are basically identical... Both do email, web browsing... and all the iPod functions. Though you can only use the Touch on a WiFi connection, since 3G is a cellular service. Plus, Touch users do not get the iPhone software updates for free, they have to buy those from the iTunes Store. -- Mark
