[X4U] Dat file extension

What's the name of the file? There's a freeway utility that will open 
winmail.dat files. Is yours one of those?

  (Yours is definitely huge and would better have been uploaded to a 
web server or sent by a "large file" utility for emailing large files 
in chunks). An example on the Mac side is  FileChute:
