[X4U] Best Mac/PC video format

We use Flash at work (generated by Captivate on Windows PCs). The 
training modules work very well on Mac and on PC. They are small, and 
if someone is NOT set up to view Flash video, it won't hurt them to 
take the trouble to set it up because it's so widely used.
