That's great, the problem solved. But there's another message within 
the message, that might be applicable to most of us, and that is, 
look at how Eric found the answer. He put the error message directly 
into Google and came up with the answer.

I learned to do this from other people on the list and it's 
remarkable how often it works. If your computer gives you some 
apparently bizarre error, just write it down (or copy it if possible) 
and put it into Google. You might be surprised at how often the 
solution is sitting right there.

Pretty neat. The internet just keeps getting more and more useful.
