[X4U] Application Folder - Permissions for unknown user.

What OS version are you at?
Are on a network? What kind?
Do you have high speed Internet access?
Do others people have access to your computer?

I don't know what could be causing your problem but without more  
details I am sure finding a solution will be difficult.
