[X4U] Safari 3.2.1 Requirements?

Software Update is offering this Safari upgrade, to v3.2.1


I am using the last revision of Tiger and want to stay put with all  
my versions of Quicktime, etc, but if this Safari upgrade provides a  
benefit *WITHOUT* requiring me to also upgrade other components like  
quicktime, then I'd like to grab it.

Does anyone know whether this Safari upgrade is elegant in the sense  
that Safari and Safari alone is upgraded/required to be upgraded to  
use Safari 3.2.1?
