[X4U] Regular router as a repeater?

Hello Everyone,

I just purchased my first wireless router. A Linksys WRTU54G-TM.

Everything is working fine with it. A friend has the exact same  
router, but doesn't need it so he gave it to me.

The router doesn't quite reach all the way around our house, so is  
there anyway this second duplicate router could be used as some sort  
of repeater to extend the range, like if I put is at the other end of  
the house?
