[X4U] Photo editing program for 10.2.8

The lady wanted a free one.  The one I found I mentioned it for this  
group.  Someone might have a use for it.  Even the most simple things  
are to complicated for this lady.  I knew this from the start, but  
it's a friend of my wife you see.  I always try to help people, even  
help will not help.
