[X4U] Mac versus Windows

I've not been able to find any information on upgrading just a single app. 
Here are the various prices:

Photoshop CS4 Upgrade $200
Photoshop CS4 Extended Upgrade $350
CS4 Premium $600

Geez, when I see the difference between CS4 Extended and the CS4 Premium
Suite it makes me think I might as well just bite the bullet.
