Somewhere I found a file that contains all the Apple reports of errors that were transmitted to APPLE. I need these as I am having difficulty with a product and wish to give them a copy of the reports. I thought they were in user/library/ but it doesn't seem to be correct. Can someone give me a hint on where else to look and what to look for, please? Ed
