[X4U] "white" star rating in itunes

hi

i've notices recently that some songs in my itunes library are rated  
with white stars. this seems to have been done automatically, so to  
say, since i didn't rate them.

more precisely, i've rated 2 songs in an album and itunes seems to  
have rated the rest… strange

any explanation?
