[X4U] What is the delay filter on this list

I have noticed recently that the difference between the date sent and  
the date received has grown to over 15 days. I do check this pop  
account every day so that the date received should be at most 24 hours  
after sent if there are no delays in the line, however almost every  
message if receive has a date sent time-stamp of about 15 days ago.

I just looked at the raw source for the latest message I received and  
it shows that it was originally received by the listserv on 30 May,  
but was not passed on until today, 17 June.

I guess I will have to wait 2 weeks for any answers to this, but I am  
very curious about the delays. (I posted a fairly urgent question  
about the Mail app an hour ago. It has not shown up in my inbox yet,  
so I guess it will be a couple weeks before anybody reads it and then  
another couple weeks before I get any answers.)

This is worse than the pony express -- at least they could deliver a  
letter coast to coast in a week. :-)
