There are several shareware and freeware programs that will de-install  
applications for you.

My favorite is 'AppZapper' from http://www.appzapper.com/ -- I believe  
it is something like US$12.95 shareware.

'AppCleaner' is free from http://www.freemacsoft.net/ -- both work fine.

PS:  I like 'AppZapper' because it makes such a satisfying "ZAPPP!!!"  
noise when it zaps.
