Here is the "real-world" type benchmarking tests done by MacWorld: http://www.macworld.com/article/139267/2009/03/mac_mini_2009.html?lsrc=rss_main The new Mini is actually SLOWER than the old one at iTunes 7.7 MP3 encoding although it creams the old one in the Quake 4 frame rate. The 3D result isn't surprising given the new Nvidea graphics. Macworld didn't comment on the MP3 test.
