When one is shut down -- and your reports do help to do that -- another one is already operating, moving from victim to victim to victim (and yes, I consider PayPal and eBay and Wells Fargo and Citibank as victims too, as their credibility and livelihood are affected by their names being illegally used on the phishing emails).
