Thanks but I really wanted to confirm the finder(?) was doing what it  
was doing.
There may have been some hidden option to make it work differently or  
something like that. I figured if someone knew they would speak up.
Several times I have run into this and I do not always phrase things  
exactly like they should be and someone pounces on me for  
capitalization issues that (IMO) are a waste of time. Its one thing  
to send the person a private email and suggest they do it "correctly"  
but when the whole list is notified a person feels like he cannot do  
anything right.

I still cannot fathom why APPLE would do such a thing (well yes I can  
guess but that would be rather presumptuous  of me) and I am sure  
someone would point that out.
