[X4U] Permissions question (New)

OS x 10.5.7, MacBook 2 Ghz intel Core Duo.

When I run 'Repair Permissions' in Disk Utility, I get the following  
msgs...

If I run it again, I get the same msgs. Every time. So...

Is it repairing them, or not?
Is this normal?
