[X4U] encrypted disk images question

I would try creating the disc image as discussed and in there create 
a folder to contain the 'stuff'.  Then I'd play with the 'Sharing' 
protection of that folder in the 'Get Info' Inspector to add extra 
users and remove 'Everyone' and undesired groups.
