[X4U] Itunes burning podcasts create single track audio cd

For a long time, I used to burn some podcasts to Audio CD. doing so would create an audio CD with multiple tracks on it. Making navigating through the podcast easy.

Recently upgraded to new iMac and latest OSX etc..  burning these same enhanced AAC podcasts to audio cd, creates a single track CD.  Ignoring the chapters in the podcast. 

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get back to burning these podcasts and having the chapters burned to multiple tracks on the audio cd ?
