[X4U] New icons

Some apps in my Utilities folder have a different icon as before.   
They what looks like the icon from the Application folder but tilted  
to the right.
System Profiler and Terminal are like this.  And the worst thing is  
that they refuse to work.  It looks as they startup but nothing happens.
Can I copy these apps from another Mac with the same OS 10.5.8 and put  
them in my folder?
