[X4U] Need WiFi for iPad to work

Some apps will not work on the iPad because they need a WiFi  
connection which I don't have, and never will.
My provider will do it for 175 euro or I do it myself for 60 euro.   
But then I need to be within 40 meter of the WiFi point.
I need to follow F1 on TV and not only on the iPad.  I bought several  
apps which don't work now.  And they never tell you before.
