My provider did help. Negative results.  Said to get help from Apple.  
I did and like I said after a couple of hours and 3 routers that could  
not get to work. I did get refunded for the purchases. I would like to  
go the router route. That way I could use the touch in the living  
room. My home is 1000 sq ft.
