[X4U] Permissions message

I got this message this morning when I ran "Permissions Repair." 

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

I don remember modifying anything. Is this anything to worry about?
