Nope, you've done all that you can do to protect your data by restoring the iPhone to its original software condition. The only other thing you can do is to remove the SIM card, which still carries your AT&T phone number. But if you do that, then the next owner will have to get a SIM card so he/she can initialize it through iTunes. This is true even if the new owner just wants to use it as a wi-fi enabled iPod Touch. Your call.
