[X4U] Combine PDF's

This works in Leopard - I've been doing it since at least 10.5.8 on my PPC iMac. Some PDFs created by Acrobat you might meet to open in Preview, print to PDF, and then open that file in Preview for it to work. Something in Acrobat files prevents it from working.
