[X4U] New Systems? (was: How can you diagnose a power supply problem?)

Boy, how many of us replaced our G5's about the same time?  My Rev. 0 
dual 2Ghz G5 started to die right after the lastest Mac Pro was 
announced!

I opted for a 8-core 2.4Ghz Xeon with the stock 6GB RAM.  Stock RAM 
was a mistake, as I quickly found out the Mac Pro was *SLOWER* than 
my Rev. 0 G5 2x2 with 7GB RAM.  I'm now running with 24GB RAM, and 
hope that this system will last me a good long time!

I'm sure some are likely to remember me complaining about memory 
management on the G5.  On the Xeon with 6GB RAM, it's a nightmare, 
not even an issue with 24GB though.
