[X4U] Lion iCal bug?

I launched iCal this morning and it opened to what I had going on  
last thursday the 21st. I hit Cmd-T (for "Today") and it showed  
today, the 25th, but it continued to show reminders I entered last  
thursday.

when I clicked on those reminders to try to delete them from Today  
the 25th, the calendar went right back to thursday, July 21.

to my way of thinking that is non-sensical calendar behavior.

Does anyone know about this?
