[X4U] Outlook 2011 to Thunderbird

I am trying to rid all MS applications. I have been using Outlook 2011 for
mail, contacts, and notes. Does anyone know a way I can get these into
Thunderbird?
I looked for extensions, exporting then importing, importing into Apple Mail
(doesn't work with Outlook 2001, just old Entourage) without any luck.
